Tasks that do not get lost

Where your appointments are stored.
Account and calendar data are on our own server in Germany. Photos and files are stored encrypted at OVHcloud in Paris.
Appointments, tasks, contacts and birthdays are on Tempo's own server, separate from our other products.
Photos and files at OVHcloud Object Storage in Paris, encrypted at rest. Attachments are not end-to-end encrypted.
A recording goes through Tempo's server to OpenAI, with Google Gemini as a fallback. The recording is not stored, only the entry that comes out of it.
Questions about Tempo
Is Tempo free?
Yes, everything except the AI features can be used for free. Dictating appointments and the AI functions for e-mails are part of Tempo Pro, which is currently not for sale.
Does Tempo sync with Google Calendar or Outlook?
No. Tempo is a calendar of its own with its own account; there is no import or sync with Google Calendar, Outlook or iCloud.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not at the moment. Tempo runs as a web app in the browser and as an app on Android.
Does Tempo work offline?
Entries made offline wait in a queue and are sent once you are back online, and the last loaded days stay available.
Which languages does the app support?
The interface is available in German, English and Slovak.
Can I share an appointment?
Yes, as an image in several designs or as text, for example in a chat. You can also share the current view as an image or print it.
