AI workshop and opportunity assessment: where AI saves your team time

Many companies sense that AI could help them but do not know where to start. In the AI opportunity assessment we spend half a day going through your workflows, on site in Munich or remote, and give an honest view of where AI really pays off and where a simple script is enough. You get a prioritised list with effort and savings.

What you take away from the workshop

A prioritised list

Each use case with estimated effort, expected savings and risk, sorted by the ratio of benefit to effort. It is written so that management can follow it without a technical background.

An honest assessment

Not every workflow needs AI. Where a fixed rule, a script or a better interface is cheaper and more reliable, we say so. That way your budget goes where AI makes a difference.

Data and privacy

For each case we clarify which data is involved, whether it is personal or confidential, and whether an EU cloud, your own server or a local model fits.

A plan for the first prototype

The case at the top of the list gets a concrete plan: goal, sample data needed, success criteria and a time frame for a prototype on your real documents.

A shared picture in the team

Your staff see, with examples from their own work, what language models can do today and where their limits are. That eases concerns and often brings further ideas from the departments.

Approach

How the assessment works

  1. 1

    Preliminary call

In a short call we go over your industry, team size, the systems you use and the workflows that come to mind. That way the workshop is prepared before it starts.

  2. 2

    Half-day workshop

With the people who do the work every day, we go through it task by task: frequency, duration, data, systems and sources of error. On site in Munich or remote.

  3. 3

    Evaluation

We rate each candidate by effort, savings and risk and bring the results together in a prioritised list with a recommendation for where to start.

  4. 4

    Next step

You decide whether and how to continue. The list is written so that it can be implemented without us as well, for example by your own IT or another provider.

Questions about AI workshop

Who is an AI workshop for?

For companies with recurring office work that want to know where AI pays off before they put money into a project. You do not need your own AI team. It helps if management and the departments sit at the same table.

What does the AI opportunity assessment cost?

The half-day workshop has a fixed price that we quote in advance. For everything that follows, such as a prototype or the implementation, you get a separate quote with a clear cap before each step.

Do we need to provide data for the workshop?

Not for the workshop itself. Examples that show how a task looks today help, such as an anonymised invoice or a typical customer enquiry. We only need real documents for the prototype, on the basis of a data processing agreement.

How quickly can things move after the workshop?

That is up to you. If you want to tackle the first case, the prototype usually runs on your real documents after two to three weeks. You then see quality and limits before you invest in the implementation.
